What is your return policy?

Currently, the sale of all items are final at this time. In the event of manufacturer defect or defect of a delivered product, please email us within ten (10) days of delivery with a description and picture of the damage. We will determine whether the damage will require a replacement part or total replacement and coordinate that shipment for you. Please include your order number. What are the shipping options?

Orders are shipped via UPS ground with a shipping tracking number that will be sent to you upon placing your order. If a package is rejected or returned to sender, there is a flat $5 USD for reprocessing the shipment. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.

When will I receive my order?

Your order will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days unless otherwise specified on the specific product's page.

Where are your products made?

All B.L.U. products are designed in Los Angeles, California and manufactured in several different parts of the world. Locations include the United States, China, Thailand, Armenia, as well as Vietnam. Curated items also have specified locations of design and manufacturing. Locations for curated products include the United States, China and Thailand. The products we offer have been tested and qualify for U.S safety standards.
